Joining the comprehensive and varied curriculum at BSB this year, A-Level Media Studies offers students the opportunity to explore Media production, analysis and self-evaluation. In an ever more connected world where we integrate with technology constantly, A-Level Media empowers students.
Taught to understand their role as consumers and audiences, students are able to recognise, analyse and evaluate how producers develop meaning through cues such as lighting, colour or costume. Not only does this education allow students to develop their ability to make informed decisions but also supports production of websites, media products (moving image and print) and student exploration of their personal creativity within our purpose built photography studio.
